Who are we?

Let’s get the whole picture. When I was young i did idiotic things and in the venture despite myself, I was granted a wonderful wife and then an amazing daughter. Such heights and dreams. What a precious thing! Simply the most wonderful gift one could even have.

     Then you find yourself in an office being told how your twelve year old daughter will most likely die from her brain tumor. Your life and its dreams now come to a close. Then you beat it only to be sitting there again hear this time it is inoperable. 

     Every battle every step we made together. Now after all battles fought and demons concurred. God is good! Now as  life wains she said dad it’s your time. You are brilliant. Here we are with the pledge that we intend to make the next group of games thirty years from now people are making video about wondering how we keep going

     Games are a direct reflection of our innate skills and abilities as a species. My daughter and I have had countless conversations over the years about how games help to hone our skills, and even science has backed us up through brain games and extended mental health programs that revolve around games. But when my daughter was just 12 years old, our lives came to a screeching halt. We were told she had a brain tumor that would require full-blown invasive surgery, and our family was shattered. It was a tough journey, but as a man of faith, I turned my eyes to God and prayed. Thankfully, we were able to find hope and healing through Team Wellness, and today my daughter is pursuing her PhD in graduate school.
 
     Video games have played a crucial role in her journey, helping her to develop hand-eye coordination and mental acuity. And now, as a game designer and storyteller, I’m ready to use my talents to bring inspiring and uplifting stories to the world. As my daughter once told me, “Dad, it’s your time now. Look at me soar and take flight yourself. Live your dream and bring your stories to the world. We need great stories and a reminder of the divine.”
